A7673X series is a Cat.1 bis module based on the ASR1606 chipset, it supports wireless communication modes of LTE-FDD, with a maximum of 10 Mbps downlink rate, and 5 Mbps uplink rate.
A7673X series adopts LCC+LGA formfactor and is AT command compatible with the A7670 R2 series (Cat.1 Modules), SIM7000/SIM7070 series (NB/CatM Modules., and the SIM800/SIM800F series (2G Modules), which enable a smooth migration from 2G/NB/CATM products to LTE Cat.1 products and facilitates more compatible product design for customer needs.
